Quality & Craftsmanship

Pleasant Valley Homes owns and operates one large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in rural central Pennsylvania. The nearly 175 skilled craftsmen and craftswomen work in a safe, climate-controlled environment that ensures the highest quality of construction available in the modular housing industry. Our 140,000 sq. ft. facility houses 21 construction bays, 5 jig tables, ten 2-3 ton cranes, automated systems, and many other features that give Pleasant Valley's construction team incredible levels of efficiency. Our ability to purchase bulk quantities of building materials allows us to pass the savings onto you, the customer. These quality materials are stored in the temperate environment of our facility, keeping them out of the elements. This provides yet another quality and cost advantage over traditional site-built homes.
